Summary: When you see the front of the property it looks nice but when you drive around to the back to park it's awful. They seem to be working to fix it up but it's a mess. Trash everywhere, rooms were stinky and dirty and roaches. People live at this place and are very loud partying until 1a.m.. We didn't feel safe to come out of our rooms.

Summary: Asked for a no smoking room, and we open the door to cigarette smell, and the smoke detector was blocked with toliet paper, so the room obviously wasn't even checked. Candy wrappers were already on the floor under the bed. The hinge on the bathroom door was busted, so we had to hold it up to get it to close shut. The security latch was gone, so we had to move the bed so no one tried to bust in. TV was working, but captions only, no audio; but thats okay, since you can hear all your other neighbors coughing. The mini fridge and microwave were clean at least. The staff member who checked me in was also nice. Got what i paid for, i suppose.

Summary: Bed clean and comfortable, and shower, faucet, and toilet in good working order. Some minor inconveniences: dresser missing one drawer, fan missing in bathroom, toothpaste cap stuck in sink drain, and no box of tissues nor trash receptacle in room.

Summary: We booked a non smoking room but received a smoking room. We were told at check I really don’t believe it would smell so bad but it did.
